It feels challenging to balance everything. You may not be sure where to start and feel overwhelmed or anxious. And joyful the next. Exhausted by the weekend. The to-do list grows, and resentment is building up. Arguments with family members have increased, and you find yourself isolating more.
Expectations are high in the Bay Area. It is common to feel overwhelmed or anxious. Peer and therapeutic support can have a positive impact on individuals.
I provide information regarding anxiety and depression, and you will have opportunities to practice new strategies with others in session.
